2018 Chardonnay •
Very small lots of Chardonnay come from just a few rows of grapes at Rock Bottom Vineyard. Gently fermented in oak barrels and stirred to mix the yeast lees, this fermentation takes place over several months in French and neutral oak barrels. The resulting wine has a creamy mouth feel and subtle oak notes with toasty brioche and almond macaroon aromas. Baked apple and fig flavors infused with citron honey create layers on the palate that melt together like ambrosia on the finish.

2019 Estate Rosé •
This 100% Syrah Rosé is summertime in a bottle. Fermented to dryness with refreshing fruit flavors and a hint of spice, your backyard will be the most popular place in the neighborhood! Pair with salads, chicken, salmon, ribs, pizza… use your imagination! Delicious by itself or with a meal, it will become your summer favorite. Due to small production volume, this wine was not submitted to competition.

2015 Estate Determination Red •

Lush, ripe plums, red currants, black cherries, and a hint of dried roses and herbs on the nose are balanced by acidity and tannins that are smooth and graceful, not overbearing. Rich on the palate and long on the finish, the overall effect shows balance and finesse, hallmark of Cougar Crest wines. A deeply satisfying wine that is versatile and can be paired with bold, smoky meats, grilled chicken or salmon or pizza.
